Democrats Investigate Trump Crypto Project Over Russia, North Korea Ties

US Senators Warren and Reed requested DOJ and Treasury investigate Trump's World Liberty Financial (WLFI) crypto project for national security threats. The project allegedly sold WLFI tokens to buyers linked to North Korea's Lazarus Group, Russian sanctions-evasion stablecoins, Iranian exchanges, and Tornado Cash mixer. Trump family members are co-founders and hold 22.5 billion WLFI tokens worth $3 billion.
